• Minecraft Username / UUID – Used to identify you on the server, grant ranks, and enforce rules.
• IP Address – Automatically logged by the server software. We use IP addresses for security, to prevent ban evasion, and to maintain server stability.
• In-game Chat Logs – Stored temporarily to monitor rule compliance and resolve disputes.
• Email Address – If you contact us via email ([email protected]), we will retain your email address to respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide you access to the server and its features.
• To maintain server security and prevent cheating, griefing, or ban evasion.
• To moderate chat and enforce server rules.
• To respond to your support requests or privacy inquiries.

4.1 Legitimate Interests for IP Address and Moderation Data

We process IP addresses and moderation data (warnings, bans) based on our legitimate interests to maintain server stability, prevent ban evasion, enforce our three‑strike disciplinary system, and detect malicious activity. This processing is necessary for the operation of our server and is not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights. You have the right to object to this processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (see Section 7).

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our dedicated server hardware located in Sweden. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Minecraft usernames and UUIDs: Retained for the lifetime of your player account on the server, or until you request deletion (unless you have active warnings or bans – see below).
• IP addresses (general logs): Retained for up to 30 days for security analysis and then automatically deleted.
• In-game chat logs: Retained for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Email correspondence: Retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
• Warnings and ban records: Retained for the duration of the warning or ban period under our three‑strike system. This includes Minecraft UUID and associated disciplinary history. These records are necessary to enforce server rules and prevent ban evasion. Once a warning expires or a ban is lifted, you may request deletion of those records.

7. Your Rights (For EU Players)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to access – Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification – Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure – Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). This right does not apply if we have a compelling legitimate interest to retain the data, such as enforcing active warnings or bans.
• Right to restrict processing – Limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability – Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to object – Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

9. Third-Party Payment Processing (PayNow.gg)

To securely handle purchases on our store, we use PayNow.gg as our third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, you will be interacting directly with PayNow.gg's platform, and they will collect and process your payment information on our behalf. We do not directly collect, store, or process any payment card details on our servers.
