2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to play on YapCrafters. If you are under 13, please do not use our server or website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Server Rules & Code of Conduct

All players must follow our server rules, which are available on the Rules page. The most important rules are:

• No hacking, cheating, or exploiting bugs.
• No griefing, stealing, or destroying others' builds.
• No inappropriate language, behavior, skins, or usernames.
• Respect all players and staff members.
• No spamming, advertising, or impersonating staff.
• No scamming or attempting to scam.
• No ban evading or using alt accounts to bypass punishments.
• Follow all instructions from staff members.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at our sole discretion.

4. Progressive Discipline (Three‑Strike System)

We operate a progressive disciplinary system. Minor infractions may result in warnings. Accumulating multiple warnings can lead to temporary bans. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban. We reserve the right to skip warnings and issue immediate bans for severe misconduct (e.g., cheating, DDoS threats, hate speech).

5. Purchases & Ranks

When you purchase a rank or booster from our store, you are supporting the server. All purchases are final and non‑refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Rank Disclaimer: Rank perks, features, and benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Purchasing a rank grants you access to the current set of perks as described at the time of purchase, but we reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove any perk in the future to improve balance, server health, or compliance with rules. No refunds will be issued for changes to rank features.

Ban and Rank Forfeiture: A permanent ban means you are not allowed to play on YapCrafters anymore. Permanent bans may be revoked in the future at our sole discretion, but all ranks and perks will be stripped immediately upon a permanent ban. No refunds, partial refunds, or compensation will be provided for lost ranks due to a permanent ban, even if the ban is later lifted. Temporary bans do not permanently revoke your rank, but you will be unable to use its perks during the ban period.

Boosters are server‑wide effects that last for a limited time. They are non‑refundable once activated.

6. Ban & Data Retention

If you are banned from YapCrafters, we will retain your Minecraft UUID, username, and associated IP addresses for the duration of the ban to enforce the ban and prevent ban evasion. Once a ban expires or is lifted, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Active warnings and bans override deletion requests.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

YapCrafters is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any loss of progress, items, builds, or data due to server issues, updates, or player actions. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the server or website.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the server or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom will be revised accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
